newspaper nails!
essie ballet slippers & marshmallow
1. paint your nails
2.wait for your nails to dry
3. dip your nail into the rubbing alcohol
4. cut out newspaper strips and simply press the newspaper strip down onto your nail
5. wait a half hour to put the top coat on or else the lettering will smudge

^ 1st paint the 3 colors of your choice
2nd cut lines of tape strips
3rd apply tape strips onto nail in any direction
4th paint the entire nail and then remove the tape!
